Absolutely. ALWAYS replace suspension components like shocks and springs as a pair. While any suspension imbalance may be perceived as being slight, do you really want ANY imbalance in a car weighing getting on for three tons? The other thing of course is the damping rates of 2 different shocks may be very different. You just don't know, so eliminate the element of risk. |

As your shocks are CVD with damping ecu controlled and the other has recently been replaced, I do not consider it warranted to replace the Bilstein. |

This is what i thought. the one i have just put on was to replace an original LR one so it was 11 years old. the one on the other side was replaced at the last MOT records show, so it is just coming up for 1 year old. The prev owner had the car MOT'd and sold it so only replace 1 shock as that was the failure on the MOT.
