TD6 Loss of power?

Hi all
2004 TD6. Car drove and started perfect but had a diesel leak from high pressure pump heads. Removed the pump and replaced the seals on the 3 pump heads. Changed 3 small Vac hoses below inlet manifold (I think the hose I used was slightly smaller bore, but fitted)
All put back and no leaks. Car starts and drives fine upto 3200rpm. As soon as it reaches that I get a “fuel injection” fault and car looses some power and shudders in gear.
Also sounds “rattly”. Resets instantly with ICarsoft (fuel rail pressure implausible) and car will drive again fine until hit 3300rpm.

No leaks, starts fine, no smoke. Only difference I’ve noticed is the turbo whine is a lot louder. I’ve changed fuel rail pressure switch. Still the same.

Any ideas? Or change pump for refurb one? Accept, some days your the pigeon, some days your the statue!

There is a sensor on the back of the inlet manifold mass turbo boost sensor try cleaning that it’s only small bit difficult to get at but doable. I had similar problems after having a new turbo fitted.
