United Kingdom 2009 Range Rover SE TDV8 Stornoway Grey

I have lost my auto wipers and lights. I tried this and found corrosion but cleaning the wires and recrimping hasn’t solved it. 2010 MY Vogue SE TDV8 3.6 Stornoway Grey- fully loaded

I've finally got around to doing this. Thanks for all the info.

There seem to be a few similar type of connections in that loom, presumably all deteriorating the same way. I didn't remove the carpet so it was a bit awkward to properly see but I found at least one similar connection with many more wires going into it. I wonder how many intermittent strange behaviours could be caused by similarly failing connections. It seems a real bodge to have been manufactured like this.

Interestingly, my alarm chirp on locking and unlocking has returned now I've fixed this. 2010 4.4 TDV8 Vogue SE
