What’s the longest you can get with OUT? They’re also backed by JLR. |

They sent me a lot of emails a year or so ago, but I couldn't get my head around their pricing. The only way it came even close to sensible was to be continually changing cars. |

I was thinking tho that might allow me to try a a few models over 9 months and then decide if I want to buy one. Or just get an Urus or GWagen if I can justify it after I’ve built the new house! It’s pretty much a priority so to keep cashflow better the rentals do suit me tbh for next 12 months! all smug in my new plug! 2021 Westminster Black D300 2013 Vogue SE - gone Some Porsche Cayenne guff pretending to be a 4x4!! 2006 Vogue 2004 Vogue 2001 Vogue |

Thrifty offer a long term rental service (well, 1+ month) and have the FF D300 Autobiography for £1750 a month + VAT, the D300 AB Dynamic Sport is £1,450, Defender D300 X Dynamic HSE is £1,175 etc That’s for 2,000 miles a month. MY23 Panamera E-Hybrid

So about £2500a year for an FF AB. What’s first year depreciation on one of those if you buy new? Probably not far off… |

Won't be far off, although less than it would have been a year to two ago due to the discounts, but I'd guess at a minimum of £20k.

Seems like a sensible way to try an L460 after launch. Means you can drive the new beast for a year, then buy a working one having specced the bits you will actually use |
