When I had my Td6, cognisant of the reputation of the GM 5L40, I used to change the transmission fluid and filter annually - possibly a bit over the top, but hey ho - hence I used to buy the fluid in 20litre tubs.

This Texamatic 7045E is, to the best of my knowledge, the only specifically recommended fluid for that transmission

I've just sold the car so this tub is now redundant - it's dated 2018 and I think that there's about 18 litres remaining.

A full tub from Opie Oils sells for £89.95 so anyone who wants to collect this from North West Hampshire can have it for £60.
