Side Step homologation

Hi,

I`m dealing with Spanish regulation in order to have my L322 registered in Spain

I´ve been able to manage most of the certifications I need, but I need one more and I don´t know If any of you can help me

problem is with the Original Side Steps because as they where not factory fitted I need a paper that says that they are compatible with my car.

Usually this comes in the installation instructions, is a sheet that dealer/garage uses to figure the chassis number the side steps serial number

Can any of you help me to get one of this or point me out where to get one

this is the side steps that are fitted to my car

Thank you Stan

This is interesting info but not the one I need,

what I need is some paper from Land Rover that has blank spaces to feel with my cars VIN number and the side steps reference and homologatiion, or at least something that reads that this part is ok for my car and has an space to write my VIN number

or, take the steps off [leave brackets?] and re-fit when you have your certifications.. ... - .- -.

That´s one option but I think I need to take off the brackets as well and bolts are steel and rusted (I can not understand how Land Rover uses bolts with that bad quality) and I`m afraid that the bolt head may worn out

I will try to convince them to leave the brackets but I think it will be worthless 2012 Range Rover 4.4 tdv8 Autobiography
