Same happened to my old originals and new after market one, but then placed small bags of dessicant ( Silica gel ) by the light units, change occasionally, now ok. Cheaper than yet ANOTHER set of lights.
Only seemed to happen if there was a very rapid drop in temp after a warm period with high humidity.

Dust had entered one of mine because the glue on the join between the lens and the body had failed. I drilled a hole in the base of the body to clean it out then resealed the join and covered the hole.

I removed both mine and put them in the warming oven on my wife’s Aga for an hour. They dried out nicely and never steamed up again, but I’m now banned from the kitchen without supervision.........😏
