Sounds like it’s set to go on using the timer function, you should be able to cancel this via the setting screen on your nav system. L322 2007 TDV8 3.6

Battery problem

Hi thanks for your reply, yesterday I had to move the car to put the bin out but before I could do this I had a problem not enough power in the battery I put a volt tester in the socket and it was 10.7 volts.. that day I took delivery of a starter pack a topdon volcano2000 jump starter I watched loads of videos on utube they look good it states it’s for 10 lt petrol and 8 lt diesel so plenty of power charged it up,and it barely spun the engine over maybe 4 seconds ... I disconnected it waited a few mins as per instructions as I coupled it back up the car was like disco lights flashing on the dash indicators head lights flashing all sorts of noises from every were in car under bonnet took it of waited a bit tried to start car same again it could barely turn engine over then nothing the jump starter was down to 2% from 100% ..ARE THESE JUMP STARTERS COMPATIBLE WITH RANGE ROVERS AS THEY SEEM TO HAVE A DELICATE ELECTRICS ....I THEN PUT THE BATTERY ON A GOOD CHARGE AND IT FIRED UP .. I WENT OUT TODAY TO BRING BIN IN AND THE FBH WAS RUNNING AGAIN LOOKED ON NAV SYSTEM ALL OFF PLEASE WATS THE FUSE FOR THIS FBH ,A COLD CAR IS BETTER THAN ONE WAS DOSENT WORK 😁😁😁

From memory it's fuse 59 in the glovebox but check your owners handbook to be sure, as there are sometime variations.

However, as stated already, it's most likely the case that the timer is set. You can find it on the main screen, I think it's under SETUP somewhere (sorry I can't tell you exactly, my screen isn't working at the moment!)

Also worth saying that that FBH won't fire up if the battery is below a certain level, so it may be something else going on. 09 RR Westminster 3.6TDV8 - Stornoway Grey / Black interior - now gone (sad face)

Interested to find out if it is the external heater.

I actually have the Topdon Volcano 1500.

I haven't needed to use it on the RR but, it works fine starting the boat engine and there's no doubting the build quality.

Only thing I'd say is that it's a bit light for the battery to be large enough to contain as many jump starts as is claims. I think a more realistic number is 1 minute of jumps total capacity I.e. up to 10 jump starts on a big engine like a RR.
