3.6 TDV8 injector stuck open?

I've got an IID tool now and have been looking into the potential cause of black diesel soot under 100% acceleration.

I've found an anomaly on the injectors. A previous error code was that there was an injector balancing problem on injector 2 however, the IID tool is throwing this up:

As I understand, 700 - 1300 is the normal operating range but, it's 2.2 million for injector 1! Does this say the injector is stuck open / gone open loop and needs replacing or just a dodgy sensor?

cheapest way to check - swap 2 injectors over and see if the fault moves to the new cylinder. They can be tw@s to remove.

Is the cylinder numbering on a diagram anywhere?

They were removed recently so, should be easy to get out, aside from the access issues.

A glitch with the IID tool!

I've re-run the test and they are within range.
