There are 2 sensors if I remember, before and after the exhaust. I would get underneath (you don't need a ramp) and have a look at the exhaust area and that the sensors are connected properly (they may have been dislodged by road debris/snow/slush?).

I would also have a pressure test of the DPF done. It will let you know if it is full or not (low psi means it is not full).

It may just be a faulty sensor so you could swap for a new one to check?

thanks

these two sensors are pretty hidden over DPF but connection is solid, and these rubber hoses are solid too without any visible cracks or so

well looked at it via SDD, can somebody please confirm that DP sensor at BANK1 is somehow wrong as it dropping to 0kpa in these gaps

if anybody please post some SDD screen with these DP sensors datalogger on car without any troubles that would be very very kind

thank you

so a swap that DP sensor on bank1 - error gone but after 250miles I want to check that again if everything is ok .. but its not

there are 2 failed regenerations (last failed before 11miles), 1 partial so i try to run dynamic regeneration but after 30mins+ it failed with no error, so i runned motor-egr-manifold test in SDD and its gives me these tips ... so iam lost again, what to look now?

results after dynamic regen:

What engine size do you have? 3.6 or 4.4? I suggest you get a HIGH pressure test done first to see if there are any obvious leaks.

Don't know your SSd system and not teccy enough to be able to give you a solution but there are several threads on here so do a good search (the fault code, turbo actuator etc) and you should get some more info.

try here:

ps the DPF codes may just be a signal that something is wrong and may not be the actual problem, just a result of another fault so don't be sucked into looking just at that.

the fact that it's not regenning properly may suggest that it's not getting up to the temps required. This can be caused by a gate (turbo or EGR?) staying stuck open or the thermostat staying open. These engines run very cool so they need to pump Diesel fuel into the DPF filter to raise the temps. May be causing your problem but to be honest I am not sure and don't have the technical knowledge required. good luck.
