Unless you have the build sheet, the only sure way of knowing is to crawl underneath and see if you have an electrical connector going to it.

That said, if you have the 2010 model, I think the locking padlock for the rear diff only shows on the 4x4 info screen if you have the electronic locking diff fitted. On earlier models, it was there even if not fitted, but on the later cars, I think that changed.

Is there a 4x4 info screen that shows the diffs? On the latest vehicles, which are obverse different, there is a graphic that shows which differentials are active at the moment... in my case middle diff and rear diff. Else you can do a VIN lookup for spec. L405 P400e Autobiography (MY2020)... Silicon Silver / Espresso

Nothing rear diff wise on the 4x4 info screen ?

Sounds like you just have a standard diff.

Quite rare to find a locking diff on anything unless it was a standard fit. Almost never specified as an option as it was never really needed unless you get really stuck!

As said of there are no wired going to the rear diff then it’s an open diff and not a locking one, remember when changing it’s a measured amount not full until it runs out. Also always take the fill plug out first before the drain plug. Last thing you want is for the fluid to run out only to find you can’t put any more back in..... There is nothing that can't be fixed with a hammer😜😜
