Are the out of business?
If I go to there site I get

That looks like a database type issue or similar on their web site.

Hopefully they will fix it in a timely manner.

I placed an order with them on Monday morning and it’s arriving at lunchtime today so they’re fully functional and still delivering in their quoted time scales.
