Heated/Cooled seats

Hi everyone, looking for some advice.
Having read some of the heated and cooled seat issues on here, i’m still none the wiser to my specific problem i have.

The cooling element of the seats work fine and both seat buttons on the centre console illuminate for both heated and cooled, and for back and bottom of both seats.
However, both front seats won’t heat up. When i checked, they do seem to be still blowing air through the perforated holes in the leather on the heat setting, but it’s just cool air.
I did think maybe it was a peltior/thermistor issue but this would normally be for a single seat not working, unless i’m unfortunate and both have gone simultaneously??

Have tried replacing fuses and that didn’t seem to make a difference.
**UPDATE; FANS DO SEEM TO CUT OUT ON BOTH SEATS SHORTLY AFTER TURNING ON**
Any suggestions would be much appreciated.

Callum

There's a way to test which takes about 20 minutes:

Whip the seat back off, unplug the multiplug and put a multimeter across pins 1 and 4 from the Peltier (yellow and blue). A healthy unit has a resistance of 10 ohms or less. A failed unit usually goes to a resistance of about 900ohms.

When the seat ECU detects a fault, it cuts the circuit until the next ignition cycle. I repair these units for people (and have had an influx of enquiries the last few weeks with the cold weather). I've only discovered one so far which didn't have this fault. And on every occasion, it has been the back unit that's the culprit of seat heating/cooling problems. 2015 Range Rover Autobiography 4.4 SDV8
