Hi Guys,

In my RR autobiography from 2014 there is no SIM slot.
Is there an option to do a retrofit and also to have Incontrol app possibilties?

I would love to have this so i can start my car remotely

pretty sure 2014 won't allow for this option (unless aftermarket). Would be interested as well though for my 2014 if someone has any other info 2014 FF Autobiography 5.0 SC

The funny thing is that in the list with delivered and not delivered options for my car the Incontrol App was something what was an option.
So it looks that the previous owner (he bought the car) was able to buy it.

Never will work. The bcm and canbus are different software on 2013s standalone. 2014,15, and 16s are different. 2017 is standalone software and 18-21 are different. Incontrol started on some 2017s but fully integrated on 2018s. It’s not backwards compatible in any way shape or form sine JLR is anal about software OS. SIM cards started on 2016s but without incontrol just a 3g basic WiFi hotspot. The 16 is SIM card is not backward compatible either. Sorry.
