Need help with 3.6 tdv8 drive issue

Hi guys, I'm hoping someone can help with this ongoing issue im currently having with my RRS. I don't have any warning lights on or anything but for some reason I pulled off my drive the other day and noticed a loss of power like jerking motion while accelerating.

I turned the engine on and off and was fine, until the next day I now have this constant issue of like jerking/pulsing while accelerating also in reverse and not so bad when coasting, its currently in the garage and I think they're scratching there heads. Any ideas gents? ( I know the explanation isn't the greatest, hard to try and explain the issue)

I'd start with the basics - oil level in the gearbox? Grabbing hand brake shoe? Duff throttle pedal? Bish.
