2017 Range Rover SVAutobiography 5.0 SC V8 Waitomo Grey

What is a Radio Card?

My new car came with these - looks like one's been in use, the other never out of the polythene.

What are they?
What are they for?
Do I need them somewhere specific in the car? Mike - MPx
