coolant level 2011 TDV8

just doing some routine visual "first parade" on the old girl today and on looking at coolant bottle saw this.

Given that the cold fill level on the bottle is where the arrow is, I'm guessing it's a bit low!! But given that it had a full engine oil cooler swap and coolant bottle change less than 1,000 miles go, I'm a bit surprised.

My question is this: Can I just use water (pref distilled) to fill up or do I but some ready mixed orange coolant?

Ready mix pink/orange OAT coolant.

If you have had coolant work done as you say, I’m hot totally surprised it has dropped. It’s probably just burped/bled itself as you’ve driven it and the air has ended up in the reservoir.. fill it to the cold level, check for leaks and monitor it over a few weeks. There is nothing that can't be fixed with a hammer😜😜

Don’t use water or you will get false low level warnings.
