Rear D Pillar replacment

My builder accidentally dropped a roof tile and it bounced on the roof and glanced off the right side D Pillar leaving a 4cm scratch which is bugging me. Rob at duckworths kindly has quoted for a new d pillar, my question is how easy does the d pillar come off? I can't find any videos for the l405, however I have seen a powerfuluk video for the l494 ...and was thinking it is perhaps a similar process? Any advice would be appreciated thanks

If you have a new one coming you can usually tell how it comes off by looking at the back of it.. Thumbs Up Pete

I replaced mine as it was badly marked but to be honest I can’t remember how it came off, ‘‘twas simple enough though” even though I did snap it from memory... 🤔🤭👍
