Heated washer jets?

Hi all, maybe a strange and silly question but I’m not sure on the answer so I’ll ask anyway!
Are these washer jets heated?
Driving along today and wanting to clean the windscreen I got 1 jet of water and that was it, so assuming because the temp was -3 they were frozen, I’d have assumed that on this sort of car they were not and my last car, a 535d they were heated so I didn’t have this issue!

The Jets are but the pipes to them are NOT! Shocked hence they freeze up before they hit the actual jets.

Excellent, I assumed they would be, as I said, it was very noticeable on the bmw as I could see on colder mornings the area around the jets would be frost free before I’ve even unlocked the car and I never had and probs.
Either mine arnt working very well or it’s just how they are so more investigation needed.

Mine work fine. I keep the Screen Wash quite strong so it does not easily freeze. Jets can of course still block up but it should only be exterior dirt if all else is in good nick.
