I would have thought so yes but the fuse to the resistor is 40amp so quite will take quite a current. The wiring to that resistor is pretty chunky cable though

The FSR is down on the offside of the central tunnel so it may not be too visible, even with the dash out.

if its just the connector that you require there's one on eBay (its the same plug as BMW)
