I've always liked the look of the NAS side marker / reflector strip vs the plain EU market lights.

I managed to source a pair of front turn/position light clusters with the orange marker reflector strip. While I don't mind just having the reflectors, without night illumination, they do come with their bulb.

I wonder if I could wire these in parallel with the white position / parking light so that they come on together (as they are supposed to) but without running into canbus error messages.

Don't really see why you should have any problem. Try one and see, you won't do any harm.
