Camping with the FFRR

We went camping last weekend, the FF looked great parked next to our tent.

Not the following morning after the photo was taken, bloody pigeons decided to crap all over the passenger side Sad I got the worst of it off using damp kitchen roll then gave it a full clean when I got home yesterday afternoon.

I guess now's the time of year for us all to invest in some Auto Glym bird poo wipes (although I don't think that's their official name).

Camping with a Rangie is like cheating isn't it?! First sign of trouble, and everyone can clamber into the homely comfort.

You're right though, the car does look awesome. Researching my first Range Rover purchase

Kelling Heath in Norfolk, there were a few large motor homes there, so your 6 wheeled beast would not look out of place.

RRUK - Is your campsite Ballathie House in Perthshire?

Nae snow and nae leaves on the trees...?autumn?

Nice there, the out-laws live 5 mins from there, and we used to be 30 mins.

That is the camping that I like too. Thumbs Up

Grant,

It is indeed, stayed there in early April this year, however I've been going there on and off for over 20 ys. I love it there, it's my ideal tranquil place. Shame the girls that work there aren't a bit hotter though!

If you go up in late August (when we used to every year) for the grouse shooting, the car park was like a land rover showroom, normally with at least half a dozen Range Rovers Thumbs Up Discovery 4 HSE

Camping in the L322 is fun, but one has to be really careful with its soft touch interior trim, especially in the boot.

Still, a great beast to play with and camp around :
