FBH Fuse Location 2009 Facelift TDV8

Hi all,
New to the forum and have owned my L322 since November. Love it to bits!
I've been searching everywhere to find the fuse location for the FBH on my facelift 3.6TDV8. This is to disconnect it from the battery and force a reset. I have been given lots of fuse numbers for the glovebox department e.g. 59 or 28 but they are blank... some suggest the engine bay but I can't find the fuses here and again I am not getting given a certain fuse number but lots of 'I think it is...' answers so don't want to pull the wrong one!
My remote for the FBH works fine and starts the blower but the heater is not kicking in so I want to try the reset before taking it to a specialist.
Thanks!

Thanks Tugger, 59 is actually blank on mine although I put a spare fuse in here and it did nothing. I'm inclined to think it is in the engine bay but not sure which one Thud

Very strange...should be 59. Dunno what's going on there - maybe a DIY retrofit? 09 RR Westminster 3.6TDV8 - Stornoway Grey / Black interior - now gone (sad face)

It's definitely a factory option as it comes up on the cars spec when searching the VIN code. I think the issue is when the car was facelifted (as mine is) the fuse for the FBH moved to the engine bay.

I guess you can get the same result by disconnecting the battery for 30 secs or so, that should do the trick.

Alternatively, it can be reset via diag tool such as Gap IID - if you dont have one, they are highly recommended round here. Expensive initially, but they pay for themselves very quickly and hold their value well on resale. 09 RR Westminster 3.6TDV8 - Stornoway Grey / Black interior - now gone (sad face)

Hi, I have a 2010 3.6 and the FBH fuse is in the boot, can’t remember which fuse it is but it should say on the panel when you remove the cover.

Thanks I'll have a look there. I have a feeling that is for the Webasto receiver but could be wrong!

I just unplugged the unit in the boot as it’s very accessible

I think unplugging this just terminates the receiver for the key fob and may lead to having to pair the fob again. I need to disconnect the actual FBH itself... No guarantee this will work of course!

On the facelift models the fuse for the FBH is under the bonnet, can't remember which number but there is a picture guide thing on the lid. 2010 3.6TDV8 Stornoway Grey/ Black interior - gone
