Hi,

I've only used this once or twice before, and despite having a very strong wifi and phone signal and being about 6 feet from the car (and about 6 feet from the wifi booster), it took ages (watching the connecting' doughnut of doom go around) to start the car.

Now I get the same but it just times out. Is this a common issue with these or is there a tweak I can try before whinging to LR? Still in warranty. 17 MY Corris Grey 4.4 VAB

Mine takes a while too and I think it is more about the car signal. I do find it works better if my phone is on the home wifi rather than cellular signal.

I also noticed in the app store that there are 2 LR remote apps (a new and an old one). I have the newer one. The only down side is the new one does not have an apple watch app linked to it. I used to be able to use my watch to unlock and start it etc. 2017 Range Rover Vogue V6 Diesel

Mine seems to work OK from i-phone (old and new app) and i-watch (old app), although the last time I did remote start it set the alarm off. Good old JLR  SDV8 AB MY 2019
