They had some brilliant chisels in Lidl last week, think they were only about £5, and I thought how good they would have been for this job.



The flat one would be perfect for getting the top off the ball joint and getting behind the bolt holes. The pointed one would be perfect for hitting the curved surface inside the casing once the ball part is removed.

Maybe that’s the best way..... they would probably come out easier if they were replaced regularly. There is nothing that can't be fixed with a hammer😜😜
