Coolant top up - should I be worried?

Put a battery charger on and topped up the coolant with about a pint of premixed antifreeze today. Never had to top the level up before so guess I better keep my eye on it! Car bought with 46k on it over 2yrs ago.....now at 60k. Nothing in the coolant water so I guess I have a minor leak in a hose somewhere! Any ideas where to start looking? Can’t see anything in the engine bay or underneath the car

Have a good look round the oil cooler in the V. See if anything looks weepy... There is nothing that can't be fixed with a hammer😜😜

Namb, mines a 2011 and its took me about a year to find my leak. I pressurised the system and its leaking at the engine end of the top hose. I've got the hose and genuine coolant now. Just waiting for some dry weather to get it done. The end of the hose has a sealing ring in it and I presume it is that that is shot. I've also got a new expansion tank because mines filthy inside and hard to see the level.

Do you have a pic of where the leak was? I was thinking of the hoses first as it’s now 9 yr old so rubber does perish eventually. My coolant tank is absolutely spotless so don’t think it’s that. Wondered about the cap but it looks clean and I can hear the weight mechanism ok so think that’s ok.

I aint got a picture. Using a torch I could see coolant dripping from the end of the pipe.
