L405 arm rest covers

I recently replaced the arm rest adjuster with the nicer chromed version.
When I replaced it, I pried the side cover out to access the clip but now I cannot get the cover to reclip properly. Censored
My suspicion is that I have bent one of the plastic tangs and its preventing proper refit.
Has anyone verve removed the TOP section of the arm rest, please? Will it allow me to se the side section clips?
If so, what is the procedure as I don't want to cause more damage than I already have.
Thanks and apologies if this has been discussed before.

Hi Adara,
Yes, as I mentioned in the original post, I have seen this video when changed the knob but it doesn't show you how to remove the top trim from the armrest. Crying or Very sad Crying or Very sad
