Touch screen display on my 07 Vogue

Hello,
this is my first post in here as i only recently purchased one of these legendary cars.
however i now facing a problem with touch screen. i was reading topics here and elsewhere and could not find same or similar issue ( i believe mine is not a BT module).
Touchscreen is black (no LR logo) and flashing orange button. of course nothing works. it is blank all the time.
i did some troubleshooting on MOST and i found that there is no signal coming out of head unit. Head unit receives signal from integrated head unit (the one under fuse box) but it does not transfer it further down to CD changer.

However there is strange thing with disconnecting battery. when i disconnect battery for longer period and car is open, then head unit actually goes on with LR logo. MOST signal is transferred till the boot of the car (checked at BT module), but after some 10-15 seconds it goes black again and signal is cut of. it still gets signal though.

So my wondering is. Does this sounds like a Touch screen problem or is it other unit and did someone of you had same issues?
how to troubleshoot it correctly, as code read does not give any information.

now it seams that i am forced to buy replacement head unit, as what i understood from reading is that if this is MOST problem then screen anyway shall work with LR logo, no matter what.

Have you also tried the reset with touching the two battery leads together? ie: remove leads from battery, touch them together to "short" it out and then re-connect.

I think that does an extra level of reset, possibly this will help? :\

Performs a "hard reset" on the ECU, obviously will reset the trip counter and various other bits like any battery disconnection does, but it may help...
