Help! Icarsoft has stopped working

Hi anyone near to Daventy have IID tool that can re-set service on my 2012 car please?
my tool has just stopped working it will not boot my generic code reader does but this cannot re-set service.

TIA 2012 Vogue 4.4 TDV8 - Current

2004 Vogue TD6 - Gone
Grand Cherokee - Gone
Discovery V8 (LPG) - Gone
