Ok not really a mod but I've fitted a wireless charging pad in the void under the cup holders. This model from Amazon fits in perfectly without the outer rubber holder:

Hi James, I will just put the phone in on long journeys and then just slide the cup holder back to use them. I wont bother on short trips. 2021 P400 Silicon Silver AB Gone 2011 Bournville TDV8 VSE Gone 2008 Black Canadian HSE LUX |

Hi Chalky, I'm just waiting for an android wireless adaptor to arrive so I won't need to plug the phone in to use android auto but I believe there are apple versions that do the same thing for carplay 2021 P400 Silicon Silver AB

For iPhone there is this adapter that we are successfully using for both our JLR cars: https://cplay2air.com/ For Android Auto there are some solutions, but I haven't verified them... https://carsifi.com/ https://www.androidcentral.com/motorola-wi...ar-adapter |

Stan the Powerful UK one is 13>17 only I'm afraid, I did email them to see if they were going to do a 2018+ version but they don't have any plans to do so. 2021 P400 Silicon Silver AB

Does the ACP dongle mean you can just leave the phone in your pocket and it pairs? All LR cars from 1984 2021.5 Vogue SE D300 Carpathian Grey 2018 Vogue SE British Racing Green GONE |

Yes, in 30-40 seconds after opening the door it pairs without removing it from the pocket. That being said, a charging pad is useful for longer trips... |

The dongle has a USB out... To which a wireless charging pad could be connected... |
