Does it sound like the turbo/turbos have gone

2008 Vogue 3.6TDV8

No power, very smokey on start up, oil in the inter cooler pipes

Opinions please

A Trap 

Oil in intercooler and pipes/hoses is normal so doesn’t always follow the turbos are gone.

Black smoke might be fueling. If you have a boost leak.

Blue smoke might mean turbos

As usual, check the top hoses and manifolds for a boost leak, especially the top right hose.

If it’s there all the time it’s probably something else tho. A boost leak fault tends to reset and then re occur when you give it a boot full.

Could be stuck EGR valves. Which can be read with a diagnostic. There is nothing that can't be fixed with a hammer😜😜
