My money would be on rear passenger side ABS/Speed sensor, had the same symptoms in my TD6 Thumbs Up

Likely abs sensor may clear itself but likely come back in the wet. Need a diagnostic to help decide which one to tackle. Help got CAR OWNER VIRUS!

Agree re. the comments that it could be an ABS sensor. Failing that it could be the wiring to the sensor, rust on the ABS ring, or the ABS unit in the engine bay that can have issues.

Having said that - are all your tyres the same size? A mis-match would cause this issue, e.g. if you have 50 profile and 55 profile tyres mixed?
