Having issues with my 2003 L322 v8. Had an oil pressure warning so change the PCV and now is blowing white smoke.
Have searched diagrams for hose connections incase one is on wrong or missing. All I can find is the BMW diagram
which has a hose connected to the top right and other blocked off but my car doesnt seem to have a hose there?

Could the Smoke issue be related?
There is also a fat hose 10ml approx from the back that not sure where to connect.
