Mine came with one, which was fitted in front of the passenger seat base, but I removed the support and put the fire extinguisher in the boot as everyone was hitting it.

To better understand how much space it takes, here's a photo from my wife's car (Jaguar), that had a similar extinguisher. JLR went cheap and the car mat follows the shape of the cradle! You can see the footprints, one really is kicking the extinguisher if it's there...
