PowerfulUK Grill Not Fitting - Help Needed

Hey Everyone,

I need some help from anyone that has fitted a new grill from Powerful UK, I recently purchased the following for my 2007:

https://www.powerfuluk.com/vehicles/range-...black.html

and I just can't get it to fit right, its almost like it isn't curved enough - I know that sounds strange, but the tabs on each side are way out of their desired sockets on both sides (see pics) and this was taken after it was bolted in as a result it looks really gappy. the original one for the car fits like an absolute glove when I have refitted it.

Does anyone have any experience with these grills? was there a knack to fitting it that I am not getting? I have fitted the powerful UK side vents without any problem at all so I hope it isn't a dodgy product.

Make sure that all the 'bottom' tangs are in their slots first, and the temp sensor is happy.

Then push position the top tangs and loose bolt from the center outwards allowing yourself some wiggle room before full tightening.

The screw you have tightened in pic#1, I would not tighten until the tang was in position.

I couldn't get the top tangs in place without the bottom ones popping out - like there was a height problem also.

its bee driving me crazy all day!
