Air flow / flaps issue

Hi all, I accidentally found out what my AC issue may be. I noticed that only one vent was flowing cold air unless the car is parked facing downhill, that is when all the others come on as well.

Anybody have some suggestions on what that could be caused by and how to solve it? Summer is approaching and I would like that to all work Smile. MY 2010 5.0 SC Galway green and sand interior!!

Update. It is working again by the feel of it. I went skiing today (3.5 hr drive each way) and it worked perfectly fine.
Yesterday I checked fault codes, none in that system.
So I did two things :
- used canned air to blow dust off the temp sensor (no idea how much was blown off though, just stuck the hose thingy through the little grille).
- I pulled fuse 62 and put it back in, I heard the flaps moving (assuming it is the calibration cycle).

Since it has worked fine. Will keep you all posted! MY 2010 5.0 SC Galway green and sand interior!!

Alas, that wasn't it. Right now it is back to how it was, just cold air out of the passenger and center passenger vents only. MY 2010 5.0 SC Galway green and sand interior!!

Does anyone know how to remove the little grille that sits in front of the internal temp sensor? I want to try and clean the sensor and see if that makes a difference. MY 2010 5.0 SC Galway green and sand interior!!
