Cordless rechargeable tyre inflator

Is anyone here using a cordless rechargeable tyre inflator?

If so which brand / type did you go for? Are these man enough to pump up the large tyres on a Rangie?

Jim

A Trap

Michelin do a good battery / cordless tyre inflator MBL24V

Works brilliantly and happy not to have to mess around with a power lead.

The best I’ve used is made by Makita. Bare unit can be bought for £70. Uses the rechargeable Li-ion Battery packs that all their power tools use. 👍

I've got a DeWalt one - I'm very impressed with it.

Set the pressure - connect it up - press the button - step back & relax Cool

However, it was outrageously expensive even as a bare unit - but I already have batteries & chargers

I use this one https://www.ffx.co.uk/Product/Get/Milwauke...-Bare-Unit

A Milwaukee Inflator using the M12 system. I've got lots of their power tools which are absolutely awesome. Their compact impact wrench can get in places my hands can't and has the power to undo nearly any bolt without head. Anyway, Alistair with de Walt, I was already bought into the Milwaukee system so had lots of batteries and chargers.

More than man enough for those big 22" tyres, in-fact it is flipping fast to inflate from 0 even. Very very impressive bit of kit.
