Australia 2005 Range Rover Vogue 4.4 V8 Zambezi Silver
water leak

i recently refitted a heater hose and found it was leaking
on inspection, i found the cir clip had cut through the hose
i needed a new one which i got from Rover
i was thinking, how could i stop this from happening again and was thinking of wrapping electrical tape around the hose where the clip contacted it.
when the new hose arrived, it came with a special clip
the clip has a plastic wrap inside it so the metal dose not contact the hose
glad i got a genuine one RR 2005 4.4 petrol

Better than electrical tape would be rescue tape. Not sue what it's called in Australia but I know you can get it there as that's where I first came across it.
