What mileage was your car? Did you have a slightly lumpy idle before do you remember? How is your idle now?

MU car is at 220.000 km’s.
As far as I remember, the Idle was normal. I remember there was a sound like the supercharger was recirculating air or something, I need to drive the car for a while to see if this is gone. 2006 Supercharged

Also did this fix your lamdba/ o2 faults? If you had one bank not firing at all it would mess up the values for sure

I think the ecu needs the engine to go through 2 or 3 warm up cycles before it will set Off the error code for this. I am crossing my fingers! 2006 Supercharged

Interesting so aside from the sc noise it went from working lovely to like a bag of crap - just wondered if it slowly broke down. Current stable:
2006 BMW M6
2007 4.2 V8 S/C FF
Gone:
2002 4.4 V8 FF

You are right, it started with some misfiring at startup, then got Worse and Worse. 2006 Supercharged
