Rear Fog lights

Hi.
I have what I feel to be an unusual problem. Im not getting any power to my drivers side rear fog lamps.. I've dropped out the lamps and checked the globes, found the globe to be blown and thought that was the issue.. fitted a freshy and it didnt work.. I swapped the globes from right to left and the new globe lit up in the left hand side holder.
I ran a multimeter on the RHS plug, no power.
The complicating issue is that I have 2 RHS bulb plates (not a LHS and RHS) due to a mixup when I purchased new A/M tail lights assembly's.. one was lost when the old one was discarded.. never noticed there was an issue till now.
Can anyone help me pls as I want to sell and need this rectified.
Is it possible to activate or de activate these lights with the IID tool?

It's quite possible if the bulb blew due to a fault to earth the fault current was sufficient to damage the MOSFET in the LCM, hence the reason there is no voltage at the terminals.
I'd be inclined to do the mod Stan suggests unless you want to try another LCM.

Ok, cool. Thanks for the ideas.
I suppose it cant hurt to run a wire. only thing I was worried about was backfeeding power to the module and what effect that may have.

Looked up the proper bulbs on the net.. and bloody heck.. they're about 70 bucks each 'not' including postage
