L322 Steering column reach motor bracket fix

Hey, Just wanted to share my fix of the notorious plastic reach motor bracket.
I have a 2004 L322 that hasn't had the reach motor operating for 3 yrs. now I wish to sell the car and figured I had to fix it.. I first went to look for it on the net, the part is over $100 (yes, for a little crappy plastic part that is designed to break) and postage was half that again. With all the Covid stuff flying around and Australia post being unpredictable and terribly slow, I decided to first, try and fix it with steel strips glued and screwed onto the flanks.. I got it together in 1 piece (so proud of myself) and tried to fit it only for it to break in another place..
Thought, stuff this, and fabricated one. Works a treat.
The clamp is fashioned from a piece of 1" rhs, a cut down half inch roll pin, and a section of 42mm ID rhs pipe.
And Voila

Once you've driven a Range Rover, everything else seems 2nd rate.. Eeeek I'm trapped for life.
