Took it for a drive and none of the wheels felt hot. It did seem to get worse/louder when I torqued down the lug nuts more.

Somehow I doubt thats a brake rotor / pad squeal, its too tinny which generally points to either the shield or caliper pad springs..

I feel like this started after hitting a huge pothole pulling into a parking lot. Since then I picked up this squealing and also some studdering in the brake pedal during breaking occasionally (not always). I decided to get that wheel re-spunbalanced and that seemed to fix the studdering feeling in the brake pedal. The loud squealing still remains.

As said check for something caught in the shields, that sounds like a bit of gravel caught between the rotor and the backplate to me....

There is a small groove/line On the rotor about a 1/2-1” from the Hub....I don’t think that would cause all the racket though

It shouldn’t have the groove in it.

Not really. You have to be moving like 5-10mph. I couldn’t spin it freely....It was just me and I didn’t feel comfortable starting it up with just the passenger side on jack stands. I wish the gear selector knob would come up to be able to put it into neutral without starting it.

The genuine LR discs aren’t mega money over here, ask robin at duckworthparts, for a price. Robin.Hall@duckworth.co.uk

Yea just decided to go with the Zimmerman blanks. 88$ each shipped. Figure I can get the drilled DI when I need to replace all 4 in the future. Maybe if my brembo calipers were the the painted option from the factory and drew attention I’d get the DI now...but the 14 ATB just have the plebeian pot metal look haha.

And success. Absolutely zero noise now. Replaced the rotor and new ceramic pads

fixed by replacing front rotors and ceramic pads...for about 2k miles. Now the "round and around" squeal is back but very slight.....when lightly applying the brakes. Wondering if it's going to get worse or this is just normal for these rigs 2014 FF Autobiography 5.0 SC
