my l322 td6 during the night around 02.00 starts to activate the 4 emergency lights. (nobody touches him). Neighbors have already alerted me to this. Could this be the reason why it drains the battery?

The battery drain is probably something else - there are many threads on L322 battery drain issues (including mine).

What happens is that as the battery drains the voltage reduces - the alarm (which has it's own battery (in the siren I think) "sees" this as a security breech & sets off the alarm.

You will need to find the cause of the battery drain first.

In the meantime, you could unplug the siren.
