The wind deflector of my (2012 TDV8 FFRR) sunroof recently started to clunk when the sunroof closes. The plastic lid insufficiently lowers during the closing of roof pannel. Although it comes short only a millimeter or so, it is enough to block the closing pannel (and generating a loud clunk) and subsequently triggering a reverse move of the sunroof.

When I hold down the wind deflector the sunroof works as it should. It looks like the (plastic) wind defector is a bit convex, or is not pushed down enough (needs an extra millimeter).

Any similar experiences?

Brief update: Haven't done anything yet to the sun roof but have not experienced the 'clunk' anymore. It disappeared so far.
