Hi all
I had a day off this week and so finally got around to plugging in my IID Tool to have a 'play' (ie get to see it in action).
I did a read of the fault codes and was surprised to see the following 3 come up.
L405 - Range Rover 2014
Vehicle scanned on 14-09-2020 15:24
Using IIDTool BT V4.0 B2691
DSM-Driver Seat
U3001-46 (2F) Control module improper shutdown - System internal failure - calibration/parameter memory failure
( on 27-03-2020 15:45:13 at 152680 km )
HVAC-Ventilation
B13C2-49 (6C) Windshield misting sensor - System internal failure - internal electronic failure
( on 27-03-2020 15:45:51 at 152680 km )
PCM-Engine TDV8
P040D-00 (2F) Exhaust gas recirculation temperature sensor A - circuit high
( on 27-03-2020 15:45:15 at 152680 km )
Now given the car isn't throwing any errors or warnings on the dash I'm not sure whether these are old errors that were not cleared down.
Now the funny thing is, the date shown in these errors is the day my car was in for MOT and also having the rear brake lines replaced...Coincidence?
Idle curiosity is such that I'd be interesting in knowing what they mean..
