ZF6HP26 Torque converter

It's time to replace the torque converter on my 3.6 TDV8

Does anyone knows is there are heavy duty TC on the market?
If yes, some feedback?

Thanks in advance

RE HD torque convertor for TDV6 3.6

I also have been looking for such a torque convertor, and am assured by an LR transmission specialist and also by "world's largest land rover dismantler", that the torque convertor on TDV8 L322 and Disco 4 TDV6 3litre are the same, and "as "heavy duty" as comes for the HP6. Seems the torque convertor on TDV6 2.7's were less robust.
Seems anything more robust would have to be a special build by a trans specialist.

Ford US is using a copy transmission of the zf 6hp26, that should be more strong, and some company is using parts from this
(6R80) to make a more strong the zf box.

Info from LR Australia.

Thanks for that info Chief64, it looks like I can source 1 in Australia. It seems they were developed for drag racing here, so should handle a remapped 3.6 towing a large trailer over long distances.
I attach pic of 7 metre trailer, (all aluminium including chassis), that only weighs 1170kg with half that weight being the wheels and axles. I have towed this up to 5500k's at a time at its full 3.5tonne load, so looking forward to having a torque convertor that won't collapse.
