The new restrictions are insane - there’s only been a few cases in Andorra in total Rolling Eyes

I will be back there again next week - good job I don’t intend being back in the U.K. for a few months yet.

Arrived in southern Spain last night. Very quiet on the ET and the roads except for a bit of Friday night traffic south of Madrid. I think people were heading for the coast for the weekend.

Everyone in France and Spain being very sensible about COVID unlike the British press and government!

Thought you guys might be interested in the RR stats for the journey. Firstly, the RR was a dream, I can't think of a better vehicle to use for such a long journey. All stats from the InControl App. Mine is a SVD8 4.4:

1455 miles
20.5 hours actual driving
30.4 MPG
71 MPH

Add to the journey time the ET crossing and various rest breaks and its about 24hrs total travelling time. Plus we stopped over south of Bordeaux on the first night.

The average MPG is down to to my wife who demonstrated she could drive almost as fast as me but using less fuel Smile

I bought a car fridge (31L Dometic) prior to the trip and filled it with food which meant we didn't buy anything on the journey other than fuel and a couple of drinks. It's an excellent device in a hot country. MY23 D350 HSE
On my 7th RR plus various other JLR vehicles

Nice trip Thumbs Up

How do you find the 31L for capacity? Trying to make up my mind about one and not sure about internal shape. John

31L means the fridge isn’t too big For the boot and can carry everything you need to keep for 2 people or more for a couple of days. We use the fridge under the front arm rest for drinks but there was still room in the fridge for some even when we set off fully packed.

Got it wrong above, mine goes down to -15C when used as a freezer.

This is mine. It was £400 and free delivery when I bought it a couple of weeks ago:

I also bought this voltage converter:
