255/50 or 255/55 on 20's and Pirelli Scorpion Verde All Seas

As suggested in the title 255/50 05 255/55's on 20's? I currently have 50's on my SC but on the old SC went to 55's and it was a better ride what's do others think?

Also Pirelli Scorpion Verde All Season or Scorpion Zero Al Season

I agree on the 55 profile, better ride more forgiving offroad or over a nasty pothole etc... better mpg on the freeway with the lower engine rpm
