Possibly ABS sensor related. There is a thread about reluctor rings corroding on the rears (joe90 Iirc), but I can’t remember if that produced a similar problem. There is nothing that can't be fixed with a hammer😜😜

I would check all the suspension bushes, had the same problem on a D3, it was the rear nearside inner top bush. As you say, it activated the DSC thinking the car was skidding as the suspension geometry was changing during cornering. |

The steering angle sensor may be out of calibration. |

Rear bushes are a favourite... The rear of the car starts self steering and that sets off the DSC which can be quite daunting the first few times it happens! If its the rear then it should be very noticeable! Another quick tip, if you have a trolly jack? Jack the rear up as you usually would using the jacking points and check for movement... If you don't find much then re jack the car under the lower wishbone (trying not to lift the body too much away from the top of the wheel/tyre) BE CAREFUL!!! just enough to get your tyre off the ground and check for movement again |

Ok, bit embarrassing this. Check my tyre pressures, one of the fronts was soft. All back to full pressure, problem solved! |
