We know that this is a very unsettling time for everyone. As the lockdown continues, and Government restrictions stay in place, we have listened to your requests, and made the decision to extend the validity of all of our Frequent Travellers’ tickets by 12 months.

Hopefully this will help you dream of ventures across the channel in the future. We certainly look forward to welcoming you much sooner than 12 months away, but decided it was simplest just to ensure you have plenty of time to make plans.

Please note, this is a new initiative by the business to ensure we’re doing the right thing by our most regular customers, and supersedes any previous offer you may have received if you’ve been in contact with us already.

As the way Frequent Traveller tickets are purchased has changed after you bought your account last year, we are putting this extension of validity in place automatically in the next few weeks, but it does mean you will need to call us, rather than going online, when you want to use the legs that are left on your account. Please use 03457 35 35 35 (a local rate number) when ringing us.

You do not need to contact us to request this, the extension will be applied automatically.
